I have been a director, manager and professional in various corporations in North America and overseas for the last 35 years, and I bring a high level of understanding and sensitivity to organizational problems; I have developed and facilitated many personal growth programs related to leadership, assertiveness, career development and change management. My expertise in listening, artful questioning, identifying strengths and limiting beliefs, and an attitude of acceptance, has enabled me to have a unique perspective and understanding of my clients needs. I believe that a coach can make a difference by providing an objective partner who can see the effect that perceptions, behaviours, beliefs, and patterns can have on a person's life.
